Active Telemetry & Health Checks
Under an active MSA, systems are subjected to automated telemetry tracking, including:
- Continuous server uptime and DNS routing verification
- Database query latency and load balancing metrics
- SSL certificate expiration tracking
- Automated vulnerability scanning against newly disclosed CVEs
Incident Escalation
Critical incidents trigger automated routing to our on-call engineering staff. Resolution workflows and exact response times are mathematically governed by your active SLA contract.
